Gemma

qualified with a BSc in Physiotherapy from Northumbria University in 2018 and have worked in the NHS as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist ever since. Over the past seven years, I’ve developed extensive experience in assessing and treating a wide range of conditions, including upper and lower limb pain, spinal pain, and widespread pain conditions.

I have a particular interest in upper limb conditions and currently work as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist within the NHS. I'm passionate about empowering patients to take control of their health and wellbeing, using evidence-based approaches to guide treatment and recovery.

Outside of work, I'm an avid CrossFitter, and I enjoy running and walking with my sprocker spaniel, Milo
